California Connection Catering is an Indianapolis based caterer providing catering service that was founded in 1979. We have feed the Greater Indianapolis from Birthday Parties to Corporate Events to Food Festivals. Executive Chef Greg Neeley puts his spin on traditional dishes and continues to expand our ever growing menu.

Clint Hacker founded Big Papa’s Catering Spring of 2016. He has 10 years of experience with Bar Management and Bartending; Including vast experience with craft beer and craft cocktails.
He has spent the last 3 years managing the bar and assisting Greg with the kitchen operations at the Indianapolis Yacht Club. Clint also has years of catering experience working under local restaurant and catering legend Ed Knouse. In his free time he has always enjoyed cooking and event planning.

Greg Neeley came on board California Connection Catering as a partner in order to step things up to the next level. He is a classically trained Chef from Fort Wayne who has worked in many from scratch kitchens.
Most recently Greg was sous chef at Black Market in Indianapolis and has worked as a chef for Big Papa’s Catering and Aramark Inc. Greg has trained under award winning chefs in France and the Midwest. He brings a love and passion for food and a desire to source locally and sustainably.

Rami is a seasoned strategist with a background in sales, marketing, food and consulting. He has a passion for workflow development and figuring out how to leverage technology and labor to find sustainable solutions.
